 Adoption Scheme Adopting an animal is one of the best ways of supporting the work of the Zoo. A Zoo Parent or Adopter directly contributes to the upkeep and welfare of the adopted animal. Animal Encounter Scheme The ‘Animal Encounter’ scheme is intended to provide visitors to the Welsh Mountain Zoo, by advance booking only, with the opportunity to feed and learn about certain animals. We believe this will enhance your enjoyment, appreciation and understanding of the animals. The fees charged are put to further the Zoo’s charitable conservation and education objectives. Individual or Company Sponsorship The Zoo attracts sponsorship from a range of businesses who can promote their company name and simultaneously be actively involved in the local community and supportive of the wider environmental and conservation aims of the Society. For instance, both local and national companies attached their names to the Chimpanzee World development. There is scope for company involvement in all Zoo projects and events - perhaps as a principal sponsor providing major financial assistance or on a smaller scale with help in kind. |
