OUTSIDE VISITS TO SCHOOLS AND OTHER GROUPS
Our Education Officer is available to make outside visits to schools and other groups in the Zoo’s quieter season between September and Easter. Specific topics can be covered and some of the Zoo’s smaller residents can be brought along. These sessions are ideal for the Foundation Phase where children can encounter a range of live animals and bio artifacts. Visits can be for half or a full day and costs are usually refundable against a group visit to the Zoo within a year of the visit.
