INTRODUCTION

1.1. This Prize Draw is operated by Welsh Mountain Zoo - National Zoo of Wales.

1.2. The following terms and conditions apply to the Welsh Mountain Zoo x Venue Cymru Llandudno's 'Dear Zoo' Facebook Competition.

1.3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Prize Draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

DEFINITIONS

2.1. In these Terms and Conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings:

Prize: There is one prize to be won of a Family Ticket to Venue Cymru Llandudno's showing of 'Dear Zoo' on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at 1:00pm.

Entry Criteria: To enter, follow the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Venue Cymru Llandudno Facebook pages and comment 'Dear Welsh Mountain Zoo' on the Welsh Mountain Zoo 'Dear Zoo' Facebook Post.

Start Date: Wednesday 18th September 2024 at 12:30pm.

End Date: Wednesday 25th September 2024 at 12:30pm.

Notification: Friday 27th September by 5:00pm.

ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over (at the time of entry). Employees, partners and contractors (or their families) of the Welsh Mountain Zoo are not eligible to enter. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

4.1. Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria between the Start Date and the End Date. Any entries received by us outside this period will not be considered regardless of the reason.

4.2. You may only enter the Prize Draw once. Multiple entries will be discounted and may be disqualified

4.3. We cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the Prize Draw which we do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused. In addition, we cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry.

WINNER

5.1. The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

5.2. The Winner of the Prize Draw will be notified within three days of the Notification Date.

5.3. Details of the Winner’s name and entry may be disclosed by us on our website and social media platforms. By entering the Prize Draw, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the Winner.

5.4. The Prize should be claimed by the Winner within 24hrs of notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such Winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected or the Prize Draw may be withdrawn.

5.5. Winners shall not resell, offer for hire or otherwise transfer the Prize to any third party.

PRIZE

6.1. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Winner will receive the Prize.

6.3. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is strictly non-transferable.

YOUR DATA

7.1. Your personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and in accordance with our privacy policy which governs our use of personal data we collect from you. Any communication you receive will be in relation to the competition.
