VISITOR UPDATE - Easter 2024

Due to persistent heavy rainfall, we are currently limiting entry as much of our grass car park is waterlogged and unfortunately not possible to use. As parking capacity is significantly reduced, please be aware that Zoo admission will be restricted to pre-booked E-tickets, Zoo Members and Gift Tickets for the time being. If you do not have one of these tickets, we kindly ask that you POSTPONE YOUR VISIT to the Zoo until conditions improve. Visitors may be subject to delays and unfortunately may be turned away if parking runs out. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and if there are any changes, we will keep you updated via the Zoo's website and social media pages. Please check ahead of travelling. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note: If you have booked an Animal Encounter or Keeper For A Day, these will go ahead as scheduled unless we contact you. For members and those with pre-booked E-tickets/Gift Tickets visiting us over Easter, to avoid queuing, we advise arriving after our peak times (which are tending to be between 10.30am - 12.30pm). There's plenty of time to enjoy your visit if you arrive later in the day.
