Celebrate International Tiger Day with Us!
Tuesday 29th July – Sunday 3rd August
Welsh Mountain Zoo
Join us for a whole week of tiger-themed activities as we celebrate International Tiger Day in style!
We’re dedicating a full six days to one of the world’s most iconic – and endangered – animals. From fun family activities to hands-on conservation awareness, there’s something for everyone to enjoy while learning more about these incredible big cats.
What’s On:
Tiger Trail
Explore the Zoo with our special Tiger Trail. Follow the clues, learn fascinating facts, and discover how you can help protect tigers in the wild.
Make Enrichment at the Tiger Habitat
Get crafty with our team and help create enrichment items for our Sumatran tigers. Learn how we use enrichment to keep them stimulated and healthy, and see your creations put to use!
All activities are included in your normal Zoo admission, and every visit supports vital tiger conservation work.
Let’s come together to raise awareness and celebrate the strength, beauty and importance of tigers.
