Planning a visit between 25th October and 2nd November 2025? We’ve got you covered, literally!

If it rains continuously for 1.5 hours or more during your visit, don’t worry, you can come back on us!

Here’s how it works:

• Book your tickets in advance (before your visit day)
• It needs to rain continuously for 1.5 hours or more during your visit
• If it does, just drop us an email at info@welshmountainzoo.org with:
  • Your booking name
  • Booking reference
  • Visit date

T&Cs:

• Offer valid for visits between 25th October – 2nd November 2025 only.
• Guests must have booked tickets in advance (before the date of your visit).
• The guarantee applies only to paid day tickets. Complimentary tickets and third-party tickets are not eligible.
• It must rain continuously for 1.5 hours or more during your visit.
• Rainfall is verified using official data recorded at the Welsh Mountain Zoo.

How to Claim

Email info@welshmountainzoo.org within 14 days of your visit.

Please include:
• Your booking name
• Booking reference number
• Date of visit

If your visit meets the criteria, we will issue free return tickets for a like-for-like booking (same ticket type as original visit).

Return tickets can be redeemed for a re-visit until 31/03/2026.

This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions.
