Volunteers are an essential part of our Zoo, providing invaluable support to our permanent teams.
Whether assisting with animal care, education services, grounds maintenance or community outreach, our incredible volunteers help make a real difference every day.
Our Volunteer Scheme is open to anyone over the age of 18 who has a passion for animals and conservation. Each year, more than 50 volunteers generously give their time to help us care for our animals, maintain our beautiful grounds and create a fantastic experience for our guests.
