Ready for a wild adventure?
Step into the shoes of a real Zookeeper and help care for our incredible animals with a Keeper for the Day Animal Experience!
As a Keeper for the Day, your experience will start at 10am and finish at 4pm during which you’ll:
- Participate in the running of a conservation Zoo
- Meet & feed some of the most amazing and endangered animals in the world
- Explore the Zoo for a day with one of our experienced Zookeepers
- Make amazing memories that will last for a lifetime!
Your day includes a free lunch at our Safari Restaurant and a personalised certificate to celebrate your amazing experience!
Pricing
- £199 for a single guest Keeper for the Day experience
- £359 for a double guest Keeper for the Day experience
- Duration: 10am to 4pm
By taking part, you’re not only making amazing memories, but also helping support wildlife conservation at the Welsh Mountain Zoo!
Important Information
- Minimum age: 16+ (ID may be required). Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Experience includes Zoo entry + 1 free guest entry (guest not included in the experience).
- Max 2 participants per day.
- Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Full length trousers and closed toe shoes must be worn on the day of the experience
- Pre-booking required with at least 2 week’s notice (book earlier for busy periods)
- We strongly recommend having an up-to-date tetanus vaccination before taking part in any animal experience. Tetanus is a serious infection that can be transmitted by animals. If you choose to participate without current immunisation, you do so at your own risk.
