Important Information
- Participants must be age 16+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times). Our Zoo team may ask for proof of age and reserves the right to refuse participation if a child does not appear to meet the age requirement or if incorrect age information was provided.
- Max 2 guests per experience
- Pre-booking required (at least 1 week in advance). To avoid disappointment please enquire further in advance for peak periods (weekends and school holidays).
- Safety barriers in place for protection.
- Snow Leopard experiences are only available on alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- During busy periods, Animal Experiences can take up to 5 working days to be processed.

If you have a voucher code from Red Letter Days or Buy a Gift, simply fill out our booking form and send it to experiences@welshmountainzoo.org. Our team will get in touch to arrange your visit.
Please note that experience dates often fill up at least a month in advance. To help us find the best date for you, kindly provide at least four options when completing the form.
