Important Information
- Participants must be age 16+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times). Our Zoo team may ask for proof of age and reserves the right to refuse participation if a child does not appear to meet the age requirement or if incorrect age information was provided.
- Max 2 guests per experience
- Pre-booking required (at least 1 week in advance). To avoid disappointment please enquire further in advance for peak periods (weekends and school holidays).
- Full length trousers and closed toe shoes must be worn on the day of the experience
- Safety barriers in place for protection.
- Snow Leopard experiences are only available on alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays
- We strongly recommend having an up-to-date tetanus vaccination before taking part in any animal experience. Tetanus is a serious infection that can be transmitted by animals. If you choose to participate without current immunisation, you do so at your own risk.
