BIAZA Spotted on Site! - Autumn Bioblitz

Join in the BIAZA Spotted on Site Autumn Bioblitz from 14th October 2024 - 20th October 2024! What will you spot on site?


Here at the zoo, we're currently collecting data for BIAZA's ‘Spotted on site’ campaign.

To join in follow these steps:

  1. Download the iNaturalist app onto a mobile/tablet device and sign up.
  2. Once on site here at the Welsh Mountain Zoo, click the middle ‘observe’ button on the app when spotting native fauna or flora.
  3. Use the camera feature to take a photo
  4. Record what you have seen, (making sure Welsh Mountain Zoo is tagged as the location) and then share, the app will do the rest.
